We are here to help you understand what you are buying and make an informed decision. During the inspection we will walk with you through the home you are buying. As this is done we survey the structural and functional aspects of the home. We will point out potential problems as well as current conditions.  Our expertise will not only help you learn about the home you are buying, but will also guide you through the journey of home ownership by giving you custom maintenance tips with regard to your home. In addition, we are here for you down the road when you have questions and need an objective point of view.

Our inspector, John Kopke, has 12 years experience as a contractor, followed by over 21 years as a home inspector. John's experience building and remodeling homes gives him context for structural integrity when conducting an inspection. John also carries a video camera with him during the inspection, leaving you with both a written and video report. Video reports are a service unique to Progressive Building Inspections.
